Information and purpose
With your consent, we collect your name, email, optional phone, region, language, travel interests, dates, group size, indicative budget and requirements to respond to this inquiry. Do not submit passport, payment or sensitive health information.
Providers, storage and international processing
Inquiries are stored in Neon PostgreSQL in Singapore; the website is hosted by Vercel. Service delivery may involve processing outside your location. Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers necessary to operate this service. Information is not used for advertising without separate consent.
Retention and security
Inquiries are retained in the active database for up to 180 days, then deleted by daily maintenance; provider backups may retain them briefly under their recovery lifecycle. Encrypted connections, least-privilege access, server validation, hashed rate-limit identifiers and deduplication protect the service. Inquiry contents are not written to application logs.
Your choices and rights
You may choose not to submit the form. For access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal, contact danduziwei@gmail.com and include your reference so we can verify the request. Applicable legal requirements and limitations may affect processing.
Technical data and notifications
Hosting providers may process IP addresses and security logs. The application briefly retains keyed hashes of addresses and email for rate limiting. Administrator notifications include only the inquiry reference and creation time. This website uses no advertising trackers or non-essential cookies.
